3. User Account and Registration

• Full legal name is required for all accounts
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person is permitted

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

• All predictions must be submitted before the 1-minute deadline prior to match kickoff
• Predictions cannot be modified after submission deadlines
• Users may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Collusion, match-fixing knowledge, or insider information is prohibited
• BallersPot reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity

5. Pool Creation and Management

• Regular users may create up to 10 private pools with maximum 100 members each
• Only administrators may create public pools
• Pool creators are responsible for managing their pools appropriately
• Entry fees and prize distribution are managed by pool creators
• BallersPot is not responsible for entry fee disputes between users

6. Data Usage and Premier League Content

• Match data is sourced from official Premier League APIs
• Team logos and fixtures are used under fair use for gaming purposes
• Users may not scrape or redistribute platform data
• Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to make predictions
• Attempt to manipulate scoring systems or exploit bugs
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the platform for illegal gambling activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

• BallersPot logo, design, and platform code are proprietary
